Discord stream freezing and causing in game frame drops while playing geometry dash

After upgrading to windows 11, I have been perfectly fine until I hopped in a call with my friends and they wanted to watch me play, I go to screenshare my entire screen and it just freezes, the second i tab off of geometry dash it is fine, its only while on geometry dash while screen sharing my entire screen. I find the only fix for this is screensharing the actual application. Along with this, while the screenshare is frozen while screen sharing my entire screen my game will suddenly get a ton of frame drops and sometimes sudden freezes causing me to die mid way through a levelI have had thi
