Discord doesn't show up in notifications and actions

I clicked on a discord notification and asked to "hide push-notifications from Discord" once and now discord itself does not appear in the notifications and actions tab in my settingsI checked my discord settings and I have "Enable desktop notifications." enabled, I don't know what other ways I could try to solve this issue. I also have tried uninstalling and reinstalling discord around 7 separate timessorry if I'm not descriptive enough English is not my first language
