disconnect from work or school

I have my own domain, and was with godaddy for years. They went to all business and I never had a business. I left them, and now I have had microsoft 365 for the last year, but can't use outlook because of godaddy....when I try to disconnect, it tells me... This PC isn't connected to a domain...whatever that means...I get no help from microsoft! help...settings-accounts-access work or school-connected by .....@..........com
