Disappearing windows in Windows 11

[Microsoft Windows]

When selecting items from taskbar in Windows 11, the selected window will open, but the moment I move the cursor from the taskbar to select something in this window it disappears before I can select or click anything in it.This happens regardless of taskbar setting. I have tried holding down CTRL while moving the mouse but that doesn't always work. Any suggestions please? Thanks.
