Disabled graphics card - PC will not boot - or if it does, I cannot see it

Windows 11 Professional, Brand new Thinkstation P360 Ultra with i9 12900 and Intel 770 UHD and Nvidia T400 4gb GPU.While trying to channel video graphics to my Nvidia T400 4GB processor instead of the default Intel GPU, I disabled the Intel 770. Immediately, the screen went black. Now I've spent the last few hours trying to re-boot in safe mode (blue screen) so I can see the monitor. Monitors show no graphics whatsoever.
