Disable Automatic App Updates (Not Working)

I have to use a specific version of Microsoft Photos (version 2023.10070.17002.0) for my workflow, due to broken features in the 2024 version.I've had to manually downgrade by reinstalling the desired .AppxBundle file of the version I use nearly every day for the past few months.- Automatic App Updates in the Store settings are disabled.- App updates through the Group Policy editor is turned off- Store app is disabled in the Windows Settings > Privacy > Background apps- Photos app is disabled in the Windows Settings > Privacy > Background apps- I've blocked internet access of the M
