DirectX Graphics and Watchdog Driver Causing Crashes on New PC

I've just built a new PC but its super laggy and I have been having consistent crashes and it will just randomly restart after 10 minutes or so in idle. Checking the minidumps in BlueScreenView it says that they have been caused by the DirectX Graphics and Watchdog Driver (dxgkrnl.sys, dxgmms2.sys, watchdog.sys). I've replaced my RAM, clean installed windows (updating to Win11) and reinstalled my graphics drivers in safe mode with DDU, etc but nothing has worked so far. Stuck on what to do/try next.
