DirectX Error in a game (Battlefield 2042)

Hello dear Microsoft, i have been sent here from EA saying that you may have more information and can help me solve this issue i receive from some game called "Battlefield 2042". I am getting stuck on the loading starter screen and then it crashes my game and gives me this error, what should it be? I have tried all the steps EA gave me, such as updating the drivers and clean installing them, updating the Windows, re-installing DirectX and to the latest version, and so on, but it doesn't just help me to solve this, i don't know what kind of a "Hard" problem it is, but at least you help me to tr
