DirectX doesnt work windows 10

I recently wanted to play gta V enhanced but it keeps telling me ,,No DirectX 12 adapter or runtime found" even if i redownload it. I tried fixing .Net framework, redownloading directX and finding any corrupted file but nothing worked. Im really tired of this troubleshooting so if someone helped i would be happy.
