Digital License Hardware Transfer - Can't find Window's Account

Hi All,So I just found out today that when I am doing a PC Hardware change, I do NOT need to purchase a new Digital Retail License, I can just transfer over my old Window 10 (Upgraded from 8.1) Digital License. I do not intend on utilizing the old system so I am fine with this.However, my issue is, I can't seem to find the appropriate Window's account information to Login to my Old-PC Microsoft Account.
