Difficulty with clean install Windows 11

Have been trying to do clean install on new SSD on an ASUS B450 aii motherboard. The install never completes after the attached image. It just goes to black page. Have tried 2 different USB sticks, have set TPM 2.0 and disabled CSM. I think. I am pretty sure I have UEFI set. Everytime it goes through this is where it stops. Any thoughts?
