Difference between accessing Remote PC using RDP or shared drive Both Window 11.

I can access my other PC (same wireless network) using RDP but cannot access the same PC from File Explore shared drive, can anyone explain why? Both systems using Windows 11 Pro.

When Win11 Pro is sleep, can't wake up with RDP + IP address. But can wake up with RDP + Computer Name. When not in sleep, can RDP using IP address. W
