Didn't get verification code on my email

So I want to sync my Microsoft To Do from my phone to windows. However after I downloaded the app on windows, I get a notice 'Because you're accessing sensitive info, we'll send a code to xxxx to verify your identity.'The problem is I never receive my verification code on my email, I tried everything, re-sign in, looking at junk email, etc, it's just not there.here's the ss
