Diagnosing Crashing Issues (Both OS and other Software) BSODs

Hi all, I followed the instructions provided by Dave in the description here and was able to collect dump files. Redirecting have been having programs, ranging from my video games to CAD software (I'm an engineering student) to even YT videos crashing to the desktop. Furthermore, every time that I start my PC in the morning, my desktop icons have moved.
