My device running windows 11 will not charge when on . I am using the original charger and it works for other devices and is the right wattage . I have also tried multiple other chargers. This doesn't feel like a hardware issue. As the charger works just fine when the system is off . I have tried uninstall uninstalling battery drivers and resetting . Resetting power plan to default settings and have even done a factory reset but still get the same issue . Computer will noclt charge when turned on .
