Windows 7 x64 when started does not see 3 USB Mass Storage Devices connected to a USB hub. My BIOS sees the devices as does Safe Mode.
I have tried restarting Windows several times and tried uninstall the Unknown Devices.
I have tried the WinUSB.diagcab @ https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17614/automatically-diagnose-and-fix-windows-usb-problems with no luck.
I can unplug and plug the devices into another port and it works but as soon as the Safely Remove Hardware is used, the devices are not installed upon restart but that defeats the purpose of it working correctly in the first place.
I have included a picture to illustrate the issue. The right side is from Safe Mode.
Is there a way regular Device Manager can act more like Safe Mode Device Manager?
