Device Manager/Sound is empty!

Sound is all muted (obviously)!There is a red "x" over the speaker symbol, reading "no audio output device is installed".I have looked in at my device manager, and there isn't even a "Sound, video, and game controllers" category.It seems I do not have any audio drivers at all.Info:HP Probook 650 g1Windows 10Just received from a friend.
