Device connected but mobile hotspot says no internet

I came across a problem earlier this week when my laptop (TUF Gaming F15, working on windows 11) was connected to internet via Ethernet cable, but when the internet went out once and now my mobile hotspot on my laptop is permanently at "disconnecting" stage. When i went to the settings it says it doesn't detect Internet that my laptop is clearly connected to. When i put it on from settings it says its loading but refreshing the page says it's off.Is it a bug or do i need to factory reset my laptop?
