For context, I am currently running Windows 10 Pro, version 22H2, build 19045.5247, experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19060.1000.0 on a Lenovo Thinkpad T14s Gen 2 (AMD) with an AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 5650U with Radeon Graphics processor at a base clock frequency of 2.30 GHz and 16 GB of RAM, of which 14.8 GB is usable... or rather, I would be if I wasn't using a loaner computer to write this as I'd rather not risk further screwing up the computer I'm talking about.Basically, I restarted my computer on January 9, and immediately after the Lenovo logo appeared there was text under it that
