Desktop shortcut for an application file "ssinsta.io" Instagram downloader

I am trying to create a desktop shortcut for "ssinsta.io". I know that I can type that in as the URL in various browsers, but, I don't seem to be able to create a shortcut for it. When I type in "ssinsta.io" (without the quotes) in the "Target" box, I get the error message:The name "ssinsta.io" specified in the Target box is not valid. Make sure the path and file name are correct.Can this be done?
