desktop scaling suddenly changed without scaling change

Hi, i used chrome and when i minimized the window, i saw that the desktop icons where messed up and tiny. Similar problem last year when i bought a new Display with a max resolution of 2560x1440. Problem was solved by scaling the display to 125% and everything was fine. The resolution and scaling are the same as before, but the display is not as much scaled up as before. A scaling of 150% is alot bigger than my scaling and its a bit blurry. Its windows 10 btw, but nothing was changing at that moment. There was an update, but it was fine, till i minimized the window
