Desktop Needs an Ethernet Cable Now When It Really Doesn't...?

Dell DESKTOP-TC39SKT with Windows 10 Pro. My desktop, quite literally, stopped connecting to my Wifi. All other devices connect to my wifi just fine. When I run the troubleshoot option, it says the Ethernet cable is disabled or damaged. This desktop doesn't have or need ethernet. I have scoured the internet for a fix because obviously I can't connect to the internet with it. I've even factory reset - I had to anyway since my daughter gave me this desktop. Even that didn't help!I have tried to go to Device Manager: ** Network Adapters** NO wifi option and all I see are: ------- Intel (R) Ether
