After shutting down my pc today during lunch, I opened it again after 1 hour. I signed in into my local user as usual, but when I got to see the desktop my taskbar didn't load and the screen kept flickering every 2 or so seconds. I cannot open any apps via desktop shortcuts or keyboard shortcuts, and I only managed to open the task manager from the ctrl+alt+del menu. There I saw that my disk usage was at 100% and the top task was the antimalware service executable. I consider reinstalling windows, since my graphics (geforce 970) and other drivers are up-to-date and I had no issues with my PC's
