Hey, i was installing an app(FL studio) and it finished fine. Right when it finished my desktop started to refresh constantly while programs like firefox still worked and i could alt-tab between them but the refreshing was annoying so i restart my pc. Now the pc starts fine and the auto repair doesnt find a problem but after loging in(takes a bit longer then usualy) the desktop keeps refreshing(every second). I can not start any program or click anything(the cursor also refreshes). How can i restor the pc or reset it when i can not use the desktop in any way?
