Desktop Icon Image from Web Pages Small with White Borders

I have installed a new computer with Windows 11. AMD Ryzen 7 8700G Processor, 8 core 16 thread @ 4.2 GHz. 16MB Cache. 32 GB RAM. 8GB Nividia GeForce RTX4060 Video card.Desktop icons appear normal for installed Apps (Office Apps), Windows apps (File Explorer, Recycle Bin, etc) and apps downloaded from the web such as Google Earth. But icons for websites as shortcuts---made either by dragging the URL from address bar to the desktop or by right clicking on the Desktop and creating a shortcut from the web address---either appear with a generic Windows icon or the logo appears smaller and sur
