Dell Vostro, w/ Windows 10 upgrade. No camera in Device Manager?

I have a Dell Vostro 3700 that has Windows 10 on it (whoops...). I cannot access the web camera. I cannot see it in the device manager, show hidden devices section. What is the OEM camera and a link for a driver? Will that work to be able to access and utilize the camera and the microphone?
