Dell PC Plagued With BSOD Issues Since Purchase

This PC is a LEMON and has always crashed intermittently since purchasing around 2018. Can you help me diagnose what cause recent crashes on my PC? This is a fresh install of Win10 Pro as I needed to use this spare PC for some testing.1/17 dump file - I booted my PC and was sitting here not even using it, doing something off on my phone, and poof!
