Dell M4600 won't install Microsoft store or OneDrive

I just bought a Dell M4600 on eBay and I restored Windows to factory settings, however when I reinstalled Windows I went through the prompts and got it up and running, it said that OneDrive wasn't signed in. I looked at this after hours of updating drivers and doing Windows updates. So, I clicked on the icon in the bottom right corner, and it disappeared. I clicked on it again and nothing happened, so I went into the Microsoft Store to see if I could reinstall it, and it needed an update.
