I have a very old inspiron 3721, and a pretty old latitude 5470. just for home. i am not going to get on a soap box but I must admit pretty frustrated when I got my inspiron i didn't have a chance to use it for almost three years. and i feel like i have been chasing updates and technology every since. i got the latitude used just to help me with the inspiron. anyway. i have had to reset restore the inspiron and the lets add your account isn't accepting my info as valid. i am on the latitude logged in with same info. so email, pass word, pin, all of it is legit. if someone could point the
