Dell Inspiron 15 3525 laptop, bluescreen error: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

Split from this thread. Hi,I have a very similar problem on a new Dell Inspiron 15 3525 laptop. It has an AMD Ryzen 3 3250U APU (Vega 3 graphics). The BSOD bugcheck code is always 0x133 (DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION). The glaring symptom is that it only happens on restart or a full boot. Fast boot after the Windows 11 shutdown (hibernation) will not trigger the problem.The problem appears as a frozen throbber (the rotating arc below the DELL logo at boot). After a minute or so with the frozen screen, the BSOD appears.I ran "DumpChk" on 3 Minidump files. They each showed a different driver f
