Dell inpirion14 2-1 win 11 blue screen

My computer keeps "crashing" it goes to a blue screen i never see an error message. It gives me 2 options restart and trouble shoot. I have run a systems diagnostics on it and even reinstalled windows. After reinstalling windows it still happens randomly disrupting my work. Them I did an advanced diagnostics and i got error 3014 which is a fan or ventilation issue. Could that cause this issue? Do i need to get a new fan? or is there something else going on?
