Dell G16 7620 Laptop freezes

I have a Dell G16 7620 laptop that suddenly stopped working as it should.It started freezing up whenever I tried to open programs (i.e. internet browser, SupportAssist, Settings).Things I've assessed:-Boots up "normally" and I can log in although my laptop freezes after a very short while (1-2 minutes of uptime)-There is NO dust build up in the fans or hardware-Fans DO run (there are no loud spinning noises, no fans stopping)-I haven't received any error messages when it was still working.
