Deleting temporary files gets stuck at 87% in en-us

[Windows 10]

tried to delete all temporary files in windows 10, skipped all exceptions, then got stuck at 87% at en-us for more than 5 minutes. Now I clicked on cancel and it is still stuck in cancelling. Please give me a solution
