Deleted Temp files

[Windows 10]

I have deleted my temp files not all of them but most of them after i turned on the computer again it said that i needed to create a new pin beacouse something went wrong i managed to deal with that problem and got into desktop and when I entered desktop I noticed that i dont have audio and when i run the troubleshooter it doesn't see any problems I also dont see the internet icon on the taskbar So I dont have wi-fi I also tried reseting the wi-fi but i didnt work and windows update is unavailable and i cant recover the files. Please help me with this problem.
