Deleted onedrive content now I have no desktop

[Windows 10]

I accidently deleted Desktop folder in my Onedrive then I have no Desktop. I restored part of the files I deleted from the desktop Recycle Bin. I signed into Onedrive.com with my account but I didn't see anything in the OneDrive Recycle Bin. How can I restore my Onedrive Desktop?
