Deleted notepad in windows 11 Pro but still has lots of notepad.exe files

Using Revo I uninstalled notepad.exe but still have 13 notepad.exe files in my Windows.Among all those exe files 9 are located in a path containing the string "_none_".May I delete all those files?By the way, besides the notepad related paths, still in my computer there are 30,219 objects containing the string "_none_" in their path. May I delete all those paths?Is Windows 11 Pro an enormous garbage dump?
