This is an issue I've had over the course of over five years and across three systems: In 2018, on a PC running Windows 10 (PC A), I accidentally made a folder in my user drive (C:\Users\[username]). I'll call this folder "aaa" (C:\Users\[username]\aaa) because its actual name is someone's real name. I cannot recall what I ever did to it, but it very likely always remained empty. Not long after I made the folder, I deleted it. On the next sign-in, I noticed it was back, but still empty and with a creation date of about when I logged in. This cycle continued and I could never remove the folder
