delete windows 10 and install chrome os but there is one problem on my laptop I have 29gb of storage and windows uses 28Gb

So I need to uninstall windows and then install chrome os flex or windows again but I cannot create a installation image to install chrome os is it possible to create a instalation image on another laptop and install Frome there with No storage
