Hello,
I can't install Windows 2003 sp2 on my SBS server.
I get an error
"setup could not verify the integrity of the file update.inf. Make
sure the cryptographic service is running on this computer"

I have followed the steps in :
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822798 with no success at the sp2.

Here is one of the steps :

9. Click OK, and then double-click the GTE CyberTrust Root
certificate. You may have more than one of these certificates with the
same name. Check the certificate that has an expiration date of
2/23/2006.
10. On the General tab, make sure that the Valid from dates are
"2/23/1996 to 2/23/2006."
11. On the Certification Path tab, verify that This certificate is OK
appears under Certificate Status.

My GTE CyberTrust Root certificate was older (expiration 4/3/2004), so
I followed instructions and imported another GTE CyberTrust cert from
another server. The older one still remains. My question : should I
remove the older Certificate from GTE CyberTrust? I am presented with
some very serious warnings when I click on the remove button.

I want to delete it as I am speculating that the update process may be
reading the older cert.....If I'm barking up the wrong tree, let me
know.
TIA
J
