Delay mouse

Good evening, I have a problem on windows 10 and windows 11, I installed them cleanly, I installed different video drivers, I uninstalled the drivers from the peripherals,but the problem does not disappear. The problem is the delay, I noticed especially with the mouse, the short-term solution is a restart and I don't have a delay anymore. I tried all the options, I updated to the latest, I installed the newest versions of windows. What I haven't tried is to change the keyboard, I've had these problems since I had this keyboard until now, it's hard for me to believe that it's from the keyboard.
