My PC is up to date and running Norton antivirus.
Dell Inspiron 24-5459, intel Core i7-6700T CPU @ 2.80GHz, 12GB RAM, 64-bit. Windows 10 home, Version1803, OS Build 17134.523
Please let me know why it failed and if this update is necessary.
If needed, how to fix the failure and install. Help is greatly appreciated.
