Defender disabled in task manager startup after every reboot

Unaccountably, both "Microsoft Defender" and "Terminal" are disabled after every rebootI also noticed that there is no "property" when right clicking. Other apps shows where the executable is located.Windows 11 security shows a problemGo to settings shows the only problem is "Core Isolation"but when I got to core isolation settings nothing seems wrongThere are no other antivirus apps running. I had McAfee once and also MalwareBytes once but installed them. I did have a problem uninstalling McAfee as I recall but that was 2 years ago. I did scan and found no problems.
