Defaulting to 'Save as PDF' Instead of Printing. – How to Fix?

Hello all,Occassionally, when someone in our organization selects a printer in the browser's print dialog and clicks 'Print'; the process unexpectedly begins saving the doucment as a PDF instead of sending it to the chosen printer. The issue happens sporadically - sometimes it prints correctly, and other times it defaults to saving as a PDF, which takes about 2 minutes. Anybody has een idea how we can fix this intermittent problem?Thanks in advanceW
