Dead disk, cannot get windows product key to install on a new disk as was a digital licence. how do i get the product key

I Bought Windows 11 but was having issues with secureboot. Windows 10 was therefore installed pending fix. Since the my disk has died before I got chance to activate it. I can see my order when i log into my microsoft account on other devices but cannot find the product key. As my disk is dead and I need to use a new one how do i get the product key if i cannot get on windows to active and get the key.
