dark mode makes window title bars impossible to see

Help. I've modified the registry and changed the windowmetrics, etc. The registry settings don't do anything to help you while you are hunting and pecking trying to find the top of the app window so you can move it, etc.This is craziness. How could anyone thing this was a good idea..? Please help as my only option is setting my screen to use bright spotlight colors themes. Odd colors don't work well and it's reached the point I hate sitting down at my computer.For the record, I'm not a noob. I've been on the internet years before the web was invented. Put togther 8088's and 80286 CPU computer
