Since I upgraded from Cyberlink Power Director 16 to 365, I'm having freezes, crashes, errors, etc. almost every time I use it. Cyberlink responds to my dozens of reports with things to check and try but has not been able to fix it. I NEVER had any issues with PD 16. I did purchase a new PC about the same time I switched to PD 365, so I don't know if it's the PC or PD, and Cyberlink cannot figure it out either. I’ve done all the usual stuff (driver updates, app settings, etc) several times but nothing has improved the situation at all. Please help! Thanks. Windows 10 Home 12th Gen Intel(R) Cor
