Customising the Interactive Logon background on Windows 10 & 11

Hi,My company has changed branding and our primary colour has changed. We've applied GPO's for lockscreen, background and wallpaper changes (which all worked fine), however the color of the Interactive Logon (Privacy Statement) when you first boot the PC is defaulting to the default accent colour (Win 10 it is blue, Win 11 it is black). It just so happens to be this blue suited our previous branding, but not anymore. Is it possible to customise this? I've attempted adjusting themes, but this does nothing.
