Cursor wont lock to one screen when playing full-screen games

Recently probably a month ago when i play most full-screen games my cursor just wont lock to that screen and will instead go to my other monitor if i move my mouse in that direction as if i was playing the game windowed. I have tried everything ive seen in the fourms and this is seriously starting to bug me, the only games ive found that this doesnt happen in is BO6 and Overwatch 2. The only way to go around this is to disable my other monitor which entirely takes away the point of having a 2nd monitor.
