Cursor jumps a few lines; apparently at random when typing.

I noted many previous queries on similar topics going back more than a decade; couldn't find any responses other than the usual - maybe the update/only in Word/Office/turn off the touchpad etc.After a clean reinstall of Win. 10 the issue occurred about three times while typing a few paragraphs in a YouTube comment. It used to be common when using Google Docs. I have noted that it's more apparent when typing has been less precise i.e. maybe hitting two keys at once but certainly not wildly touching shift/control/navigation buttons.
