CurseForge is not allowing me to eject my drive...

I have a Seagate drive and every time I finish using it, I usually eject it so I don't keep it in a laptop that I am currently on. For whatever reason though, CurseForge keeps stopping my ejection process, specifically Curse.Agent.Host.exe. The process ID on my computer is (originally) 15448. I've ended the exe with the task manager. Nope. I've ended the CurseForge process itself. Nope. Admin command window can't even find it because it's closed. The process is dead, yet it's stopping me from ejecting my drive. It's not on my task manager, and not on the "details" tab either. (Reopened the for
